The Judge who made the trifling ruling about making the Pledge Of Allegiance unconstitutional, has stayed his ruling until fellow members of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decide whether to reconsider the case. Obviously he is an avid reader of m i k e b a b y.

The forefathers of the United States must be rolling in their graves right now, because the commie-liberals are going to ruin the country. Now a federal appeals court has ruled that the Pledge Of Allegiance is unconstitutional to be said in public schools.
I'm going to say it here on my blog:
I Pledge Allegiance to the flag
of the United States of America
and to the Republic
for which it stands,
one Nation. under God, Indivisible,
with Liberty and Justice for All.

I'm not sure if he is human or not. Apparently either does SONY pictures. For Men In Black 2 "We wanted someone who could be either an alien or a human, and you wouldn't know." And because his first choice wasn't available, Sonnenfeld turned to Michael Jackson to play the small guest-star bit.

Today at lunch there were 5 cops within a 1/4 mile on Frantz road today. Two of them on motorcycles with laser guns. One cop pulled someone over right next to a road that they could have pulled off on, except they decided to do it on Frantz road and jack up all the traffic.

The David Lee Roth show last night was awesome! Sammy Hagar opened, and pretty much indirectly talked smack about opening, after every song, but DLR let his show speak for itself, and it rocked. It also was not the white trash spectacle that I thought it could be. I guess that's the Skynard concert.

"The Clinton administration treated the White House worse than college freshmen checking out of their dorm rooms," said Rep. Bob Barr, R-Ga., who requested the investigation. "They showed nothing less than a complete lack of respect for one of America's most sacred public monuments, and in doing so, they disgraced not just themselves, but institution and the office of the presidency as well."
Way to spend my tax dollars Billy! Just when you thought Clinton could not possibly disgrace the presidency of the United States anymore than he already has, this report comes out.

The Fraternal Order of Police would like to see the policy in force nationally. The police union supports legislation pending in Congress that would permit qualified active and retired police officers to carry weapons anywhere in the nation.
These are the same people who have gone on record as being against concealed carry in the State of Ohio. That is of course unless you USED to be a police officer. TRIFLING!

Last night we saw "Sum Of All Fears" at the Arena Grand Theater in downtown Columbus. The movie was pretty good. Ben Affleck did a better job than I thought he would. The theater is awesome. It's hard to believe that it's managed by Drexel, because all of their other theaters suck. We had reserved seats in the balcony, reclining, leather, PLENTY of legroom, huge seats. It was awesome. And the entire theater is THX certified. Looks like I'm going to have to go see Star Wars again. Plus there is bar service, and you can get real food. It's worth the extra $1.00.
